Early Childhood Education Coach (145) 
 
So much fun stuff happens in our classrooms every day! We work with children and families on many areas of healthy child development. We are looking for a leader to guide our staff and to help our staff grow into the best early childhood educators they can be.  LCECP is seeking someone with experience with early childhood education to help us grow and develop our teaching staff. We need a well-organized professional, with strong communication skills and teaching abilities. 
 
Position Summary: 
 
Our teachers serve a vital role at LCECP, and we need someone to help them reach their full potential. The Coach will work with the Training and Development Coordinator to develop and deliver coaching plans to our classroom staff with the goal of increasing quality instruction in the classrooms. We are looking for someone who is excited by helping others reach their goals. 
 
The Coach will be responsible for: 
·         Assessing the training and coaching needs of assigned classroom staff 
·         Developing and delivering coaching and training to help teachers improve the quality of their instruction.
·         Conduct observations and assessment and supply professional feedback geared toward continuous improvement

Education Requirement: 
·         Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field 
·         Experience with adult training and development  
·         Must be willing to get further education as needed/required to acquire or maintain skills. 
 
Wage: $20.66
Hours: 40 hrs. a week/ 35 – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (w/ ½ lunch) Monday to Friday
This position is eligible for dental and medical benefits after 90 days.
